At Braden Co., every piece is made to order by hand. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the problem. We'll make it right — that's our promise.
